Westgate Deposit and Resort Policies

Internal Deposit

Westgate Resorts will hold your week for up to two years from the official start date of the usage week. A Developer Exchange fee will be required at the time of booking.

External Banking

All deposits are final. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for banking to reflect with exchange company. You will need to contact the exchange company directly for all reservation requests after the banking has been completed by Westgate Resorts.

Interval International Cruise Request

Please make sure to contact Interval International directly with the reservation information to finalize the cruise request. If you decide to cancel the request the you will need to contact Westgate Resorts in order to finalize the cancellation.

Request First/Small Exchange

Please make sure to contact the exchange company directly with the reservation information to finalize the deposit. If you decide to cancel the deposit you will need to contact Westgate Resorts in order to finalize the cancellation.

Resort Policies

Hotel Policy

A valid photo ID, such as a driver's license or passport, is required at check-in. Your major credit card will be pre-authorized for a security deposit for any incidental charges (varies per hotel). If you do not have a major credit card, some properties will accept a cash deposit. Special requests such as a rollaway or cribs are subject to availability and additional fees. Depending on the hotel policy, extra person charges and fees for hotel amenities, including parking fees may apply. All transactions are final. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Hotel Provider without notice. Package and handling fees may apply.

Float Ownership Policies

Any travel date cancellation or change within sixty (60) calendar days of arrival will result in a re-booking fee. Rebooking (59-31 days) If you to need to cancel or change a reservation within 59 – 31 days of arrival, there will be a $100 charge associated with doing so. Rebooking (<30 days) If you need to cancel or change a reservation within 30 days or sooner of arrival, there will be a $200 charge associated with doing so.

Fixed Ownership Policy

Any travel date cancellation or change, after the reservation has been confirmed, will result in a developer exchange fee. The developer exchange fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Expired Usage Reinstatement Policies

The Reinstatement Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Rebooking policy: If traveling to your home resort, please refer to the Float Ownership policy. If traveling to a different property, please refer to the Developer Exchange policy.

Seasonal Upgrade Policies

The seasonal upgrade fee is refundable and/or transferable.

Unit Upgrade Policies

The Unit Upgrade Fee is refundable and transferable.

Pet Policies

Pet Policy: A $100.00 pet deposit is required at time of check-in. If there is no damage upon checkout, the deposit will be returned. A separate $170 nonrefundable cleaning fee is required at check-in. One (1) dog or one (1) cat is allowed per unit and must not exceed sixty (60) pounds. Guests with service animals will not be charged any of the above fees. See our Terms & Conditions for the full details of the pet policy.

Las Vegas Resort & Casino Policies

*The confirmation letter is generated from the LMS system.

In the event your deeded unit is not available, you may be assigned a unit that is of equal value. The sleeping capacity will remain the same, but amenities may vary.

Central Florida Investments, Inc., Westgate Resorts, Ltd., and their related or affiliated entities (collectively 'Westgate', 'we', 'us, or 'our') provide this website (the 'Site') to you subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use ('Terms'). By using or accessing this Site in any way you agree to these Terms and to comply with these Terms, which we may update from time to time without notice. All amended Terms shall automatically become effective when posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes in these Terms constitutes your consent to such changes. Certain services available through our Site, especially services for which you are asked to subscribe or pay money, may have their own additional terms and conditions that will apply to your purchase or use of that particular service and which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms. These Terms govern the use of this Site by viewers and other users. If we have entered into a separate contract with a party for the insertion or other placement of content, advertising or other materials on any of our Sites, then the terms of such separate agreements will govern our relationship with such parties.

You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. Westgate intends to take industry-accepted precautions from time to time to secure our Site or portions thereof, and some portions of the Site may be labeled as 'secure' in accordance with industry practice in connection with the use of such precautions. However, you understand and agree that such precautions do not guarantee that use of the Site is invulnerable to all security breaches, and that Westgate makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation that use of our Site is protected from all viruses, security threats or other vulnerabilities.

USE, STORAGE, AND OPERATION OF OUR SITE. Westgate may set limits regarding our Site and the use of any features or services associated with our Site, including (where applicable) limits on the duration or amount of storage of postings, e-mail and other user-provided content, or the number or size of messages to or from a user. We are not liable for the deletion, garbling or loss of messages, other communications, or other content maintained or transmitted by our Site. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES. ELIGIBLE ACCOUNT WITH MULTIPLE OWNERS. If an Eligible Account is owned by more than one person, each owner individually has the right to provide us with instructions, make any decision, information or make any request associated with their Eligible Accounts. We may act on the instructions of any owner without our having liability to any obtain any owner. Please refer to the specific agreements for your Eligible Accounts and Online Financial Services for more details.

NOTICES AND COMMUNICATION. Generally, except as expressly provided otherwise in this Agreement, we will provide you notices and other information regarding your Eligible Account, Online Financial Service, or the Service (collectively "Account Related Information") through mail, electronically, or by other means available. This information will be sent to the postal or electronic address ("E-Address") of the owner of the applicable Eligible Account or Online Financial Service as reflected in our records, unless a different postal or electronic address has been specified in accordance with procedures we may establish from time to time. The E-Address may be an e-mail address, other Internet address, text messaging number, or other electronic access address provided to us in accordance with this Agreement. The person receiving the notice is responsible for providing copies of all Account Related Information to all joint owners, delegates, or other persons with access to the applicable Eligible Account or Online Financial Service. We reserve the right at all times to communicate all Account Related Information to you through the U.S. Postal Service or overnight courier, at our sole option.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY AND COMMUNICATION. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, if we are required to provide you with information in writing, we may, at our option, send it electronically either: to your E-Address, by posting the information on our Website and/or sending you a notice to your postal address or E-Address (either separately or as part of an account statement) telling you that the information has been posted and providing instructions on how to view it, or to the extent permitted by law, by posting the information to our Website. You agree that we may satisfy our obligation to provide you with an annual copy of our Privacy Policy by keeping it available for review on our Website. You agree that we may from time to time make telephone calls and send text messages to you in order for us to: service your accounts, collect any amount you may owe, or discuss our relationship, products and services with you. The ways we may call you include using prerecorded/artificial voice messages and/or through the use of an automatic dialing device. We may call you and send text messages to you at any telephone number you have provided to us, including mobile/cellular telephone numbers that could result in charges to you. (this covers all notices and expired credit cards, online statements, etc).

Pre-Registration Terms and Conditions

Pet Policy

A $100.00 pet deposit is required at the time of check-in. If there is no damage upon check-out, the deposit will be returned. At check-in, guests are required to advise the Front Desk that they have a pet. A $170.00 pet cleaning fee will be assessed to all guests traveling with their pet. If a guest does not advise the Front Desk that they have a pet and a pet is found in the room, the guest will be charged $190.00, in addition to the $100.00 deposit. Guests are fully responsible for their pet's actions and any damages that may occur. While the pet is in the unit, it is expected to be supervised at all times. Please reference Westgate Resorts Pet Policy and Procedures for our comprehensive pet policy.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

This is a smoke-free resort. No smoking is permitted in any guest room or common area. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to any guests whom are found to have violated this policy.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION HOLD

This credit card and matching identification must be presented at check in. A credit card is required for a $50.00 authorization to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay. Your bank will release the authorization within 7-10 business days.

AUTHORIZATION ON DEBIT CARDS

This is not a sale, however, it does 'hold' funds in your checking account. Therefore, you may not have access to these funds for a certain amount of time as some banks will hold the authorization for up to 30 days.

AUTHORIZATION FOR ALL CHARGES INCURRED

I agree that, if indicated party fails to pay any part or the full amount of any incurred charges, I authorize the resort to charge my credit card for payment of my account. This serves as authorization for Westgate Resorts to place all charges incurred during your stay to the credit card presented at the time of check-in.
